The College operates in association with Vrije Universiteit Brussel and is an English language institution. Founded in 1987 by VUB and Boston University it is an American style university. Brussels is home not only to the Council of Europe and the EU Parliament but is also a capital city with a vibrant modern culture beautiful historic sites and buildings and art galleries including a cartoon gallery.
