This public university was established in 1919 and offers a range of degree courses in English including Medicine Dentistry Chemistry and Business. It is situated in the capital city of Riga on the Baltic Sea coast of Latvia. The main buildings are a few hundred metres to the east of the historic old town with its timeless gothic spires stunning art nouveau buildings and breath-taking views of the Dauvaga River.
