Overview

Founded in 1906 one of the founding principles was to offer actor training and the study of theatre as an academic discipline. Situated in North London close to Swiss Cottage underground, the college hs been offering degrees since 1986 and was granted its Royal title in 2012. it offers a wide variety of courses within this discipline including a degree in Puppetry. Design and Performance. There are auditions for performance based courses and interviews for non-performance courses e.g. B.A. Theatre Practice. Some students are accommodated in London University Intercollegiate halls of Residence.
