With its roots in the Edinburgh School of Cookery (1875) this modern college was granted full degree powers in 1998 and university title in 2007. Situated in Musselburgh close to East Lothian’s beautiful coast, it is 6 minutes by train from the Scottish capital city of Edinburgh. It boasts an energy efficient and sustainable campus set in landscaped parkland. There are two main schools , Arts, Social Science and Mangement and Health Sciences
