An associate college of the University of Brighton this institution started offering Fd and BSc programmes in land-based and related subjects in the 1990’s. The first farm was bought in 1919 and the campus today extends to 800 hectares within the South Downs. The village of Plumpton is close to Lewes and about 11 miles to the North of Brighton on the south coast.
