Overview

NMBU is a public university situated in Ås about 32km south of the capital city of Oslo in south-west Norway. The 600 hectare site is a beautiful park campus with historical buildings. The mission of the university is to contribute to the well-being of the planet and it offers a Bachelor degree course in International Environment and Development Studies in English. Transport links to Oslo are very good. Oslo is a compact capital city and lies in south-west Norway. It is known for its green spaces and museums for example the Viking Ship Museum and the Vigeland Sculpture Park. Surrounded by mountains and the sea skiing and ski jumping facilities are close by. It is European green capital 2019. Oslo has an international airport.
