Founded in 1968 as a catholic teacher training college this small university now welcomes all students while maintaining its catholic values and affiliation. The chaplaincy supports the Islamic Society, Christian Union and Catholic Society.The campus is situated in a suburb 9.5 kilometres southwest of Birmingham city centre. This great Midlands city has excellent transport links to the whole of the UK.
