Situated in central Sweden this modern university offers a small number of Bachelor programmes in English at the Västerås campus for example in Analytical Finance and International Business Management. Västerås is situated on the shores of Lake Mälaran and the campus is on both sides of the lake. The cobbled streets and higgledy piggledy houses of the old town contrast with the modern city to the South with its commerce and shopping centre. An open-air museum a new indoor water park and important pagan sites are within easy reach. There is a small airport and it is about 108km and 1 hour 13 minutes by train from the capital Stockholm to the East.
