Overview

Founded in 1666 this is the highest ranked university in Sweden. It offers Bachelor courses in English in a variety of subjects from Music and Fine Arts to Physical Geography and Physics. Students make up a large proportion of the population of the town with its strikingly beautiful cobblestoned medieval streets and romanesque cathedral. It is regarded as Sweden’s loveliest city and boasts numerous museums galleries cafés bars and parks. Situated right in the south-west of Sweden it is only 19km from Malmö and the Öresund Bridge to Denmark. It is less than an hour to Copenhagen and about 35 minutes from Copenhagen’s international airport. Lund has very good road and rail links.
