Since opening in September 1970 IT Sligo has become home to 6000 students. As a result of a 60 million euro investment in the 72 acre campus which is close to Sligo town centre all facilities are now within walking distance of each other. The institute has close contact to and collaborates with leading companies and employers and is thus able to offer a wide range of work and industry placements to students.
