Overview

Hull is a vibrant and cultural historic city in the East Riding of Yorkshire on the Humber estuary in the north of England. It is the UK City of Culture 2017 and the Ferens Gallery is hosting the Turner Prize. It has very good rail links and fast roads to the Yorkshire cities of Sheffield and Leeds and a small airport nearby. Hull College is a further education college in the city which offers a variety of courses including HND’s, HNC’s and degrees at both foundation and honours levels. These include creative courses in Art and Performing Arts as well as applied studies, for example Construction Management. It has additional campuses in Goole and Harrogate and across Yorkshire. It is a member of the Collab Group of high performing FE institutions.
