Overview

Founded in 1929 this hotel school has campuses in Den Haag (The Hague) and Amsterdam. It offers its Bachelor programme in English. In Den Haag the campus is situated to the North of the city centre in Scheveningen with its idyllic sandy beaches. The city is the home of Dutch politics and is green and cycle-friendly. The Peace Palace houses the International Court of Justice and makes the city the centre for world justice. In the Mauritshuis gallery there is Vermeer’s ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’ and in the Municipal Museum Mondrian’s major works. Amsterdam with its elaborate canal system and cycle tracks is a city of surprises – full of little lanes canals and pretty bridges and narrow gabled facades dating from the 17th century. Tourists are drawn by its treasure packed museums – Rembrandt Van Gogh – the Anne Frank House the red light district and the coffee houses and much more. Both cities have excellent transport links.
