This further education college is an associate faculty to the University of West of England. It offers courses from A levels to diplomas and degrees in Animal, Agriculture, Equine, Sport and Veterinary Nursing. In 1992 it offered its first degree in Equine Studies and is the world’s largest equine educational establishment and hosts three international equine events. The 360 hectare campus with its sports’ fields, farm and equine facilities is situated in the rural village of Hartpury within easy reach of Gloucester and Cheltenham in the west of England from where there are good road and rail links.
