This University has seven campuses. Hämmeenlina 100km north of Helsinki offers a degree in Construction Engineering in English. It is the oldest inland city in Finland and is proud of its old red brick castle. Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology is at Rihimäki 35km south of Hämmeenlina and Electrical and Automation Engineering is at the small town of Valkeakoski 45km north of Hämmeenlina. Hämmeenlina and Rihimäki are about one hour and twenty minutes by train from Helsinki and Valkeakoski two hours and twenty minutes. Helsinki has very good international transport links.
