Overview

Glasgow is situated on the river Clyde in Scotland’s western Lowlands. It has excellent transport links- road, rail and air. The city is home to the Scottish Opera and Ballet and has outstanding art galleries and museums as well as a vibrant music scene and excellent shopping and sporting facilities including a velodrome. It was voted the world’s friendliest city in the Rough Guide survey. The university is close to the city centre. Glasgow Caledonian is a modern university which offers a range of career focused courses including engineering, journalism, optometry and much more.
