Overview

Opened in 1946 by Laurence Olivier as a training school for Bristol Old Vic Theatre, this renowned drama school is an affiliate of the Conservatoire for Dance and Drama. It offers Bachelor degrees in Professional Acting and Production Arts. The main site is on Clifton Downs and further facilities, Recording Studios and Scenic Workshops, are close by. Bristol is situated in southwest England and has very good road and rail links. It is about one and a half hours by train from London to the East and Birmingham to the North.
