Overview

This vocational university was founded in 2004 with the merger of two institutions and has campuses in cities in North Brabant. At Breda it offers a number of Bachelor courses in English for example in Industrial Engineering and Management Finance and Control and Environmental Science for Sustainable Energy and Technology. The small and lively city of Breda is situated on the confluence of two rivers. It was a fortified city and boasts fine late medieval buildings. Today the squares and charming waterfront bustle with activity and friendly cafés and restaurants. It has excellent rail and road links to the great cities of Amsterdam to the North (108km) and Brussels (93km) to the South with their international airports.
