Overview

Established in 1956 this was the second technical university to be founded in the Netherlands and it specialises in Engineering Science and Technology. It offers a joint Bachelor programme in Industrial Design and Data Science in English which is taught partly on the Eindhoven campus and at neighbouring Tilburg. The campus in Eindhoven is situated in the modern Brainport region of the city which accommodates large research institutes high-tech companies and start-ups and connects students researchers and entrepreneurs. It has extensive sporting and cultural facilities. Eindhoven is in the southern Netherlands within easy reach of Germany and Belgium. It has a direct train link to Schipol International Airport in Amsterdam.
