Shannon College of Hotel Management is a recognised college of the National University of Ireland Galway and the country’s only dedicated hotel management college. It offers two level 8 degrees in Business Studies and Hotel Management. There is a focus on intensive practical training and international work placements which ensures students graduate with 21 months of relevant experience as well as their degree.
