This public university is the second largest in the Czech Republic and is situated in the Moravian town of Brno which is 2 hours 30 minutes from Prague by car or train. It is a city of medieval and modernist architecture notably buildings by Mies van der Rohe (1930) and microbreweries. It has a small airport. Courses in English include Medicine and Dentistry. Learning the Czech language is obligatory to enable communication with patients.
